750 Per Hour Plant

Mine & Quarry Service Co has been appointed to act as the agent for the procurement, disassembly and removal, ready for shipment out of SE Asia, a near new Sandvik crushing and screening plant with a nameplate capacity of 750 tonne per hour.

It is currently configured just to produce concrete aggregates and may, potentially, need some modifications and perhaps some additional screening and stacking capacity to meet the requirements of your market.

Additionally, it may need electrical upgrades to meet the Australian standards.

The main components, in its current configuration, are

• Primary feed hopper with apron feeder
• Fixed Grizzly, 2000 x 2000
• Primary Jaw CJ815
• Secondary CS660EC
• 2 x Tertiary CH550MC
• Screen, twin deck 2400 x 6000
• Screen single deck 1500 x 3000
• Screen twin deck 3000 x 7200
• 2 Screens, triple deck 2700 x7200
• Vibrating feeders and bins to suit
• 4 x 1200mm wide conveyor assemblies, total 194 metres c/c approx
• 4 x 1050mm assemblies, total 125 metres c/c approx
• 5 x 900mm assemblies, total 185 metres c/c approx
• 1 x 750mm assembly, 35 metres c/c
• 2 x 600mm assemblies, total 57 metres c/c approx

The plant was commissioned in 2015 and is available only because the joint venturers have decided to take a different approach than originally envisaged and there is now only 4million tonnes of proven reserves, which will be processed by a mobile plant over a longer period.

Sandvik have been responsible for servicing the crushers and full reports are available.

I am advised it has worked for approx 7000 hours since installation and there is a local, well regarded Quarry Engineering company that has capability to conduct the mechanical modifications before shipping if that is an option that holds appeal.

Otherwise their part in the operation would be to disassemble and prepare for shipping.
